Thank you for shopping at The Timothy to Paul Project. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at timothytopaulproject@gmail.com with your order details

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [X] business days

5. Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  • Contact your bank for further processing details

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
